37. "Up"
The best animated film yet. The story isn't as wide reaching as "Wall-E" and it doesn't have any musical numbers, but the human story is unbeatable. The film deserves best picture for the first ten minutes alone. I cried twice during the film. It would have been more but I buried my head when I knew I couldn't handle it.
Some people have commented on the relationship between the dog and bird, how it felt forced. I'd have to completely disagree. Without the B and C story isn't not a kids movie and if it's not a kids movie, Pixar wouldn't be able to make it.
